Farm Tours
Open to anyone who would like to learn more about where their meat comes from, see the animals, or learn something specific about raising livestock and poultry. School groups are encouraged to reach out as well! We make field trips both fun and educational. Roaster Hogs
Price and availability varies. When available you can purchase a hog that we will butcher for you to roast, or you can purchase a hog and we will butcher and roast it for you. Catering Services
We offer full catering services for events both large and small. We work with you to design the menu you want, and we do desserts and charcuterie boards/grazing tables too! Our food is made from scratch with quality ingredients, and we take pride in providing you with something special for your event. Chicks and Eggs
We breed a variety of chickens, geese, ducks, heritage turkeys, and quail. We sell hatching eggs, goslings, ducklings, chicks, and poults. We are working on an emu breeding program curently as well! The facebook page is the best way to see the breeds we have and what is hatching.
Whole and Half Hogs
Our wholes and halves are $3.75 a pound hanging weight plus processing. Our processor will call you to help you decide what cuts you would like. On average a half is 85-100 pounds and a whole is around 170-200 pounds. Average total cost for a half is around $550, and whole is around a $1000. This varies depending on what you choose to get for cuts. Items like brats, sausages, etc will cost more than all fresh cuts. We have a promo store where you can buy Mikolowski Farms gear! We have a variety of options for apparel, and some other items such as tumbler as well!
